"I wish I could compare the 8.5 with a 9. I usually wear an 8.5 but my toes are close to the end toe part of these shoes. I hate sending things back. I’m truly hoping I will enjoy these shoes . I haven’t needed them yet. I’m still wearing sandals."
"I have several pairs of the Taos boots and sneakers however this was my first pair of loafers. They are excellent! Beautiful cognac color, quality leather and no break-in period (just like the boots). I’m looking forward to wearing them all over France!"
"At first, I could feel my big toe against the shoe (not in a painful way) but after wearing for a few hours, I didn't notice at all sine the shoes were so very comfortable on. I do think a half size up might be too big all over, but hard to tell without trying on. However, if you are planning on wearing socks, it might not be a bad idea to try half size up, the cognac color is beautiful and works with many different colors of denim and pants. I have pretty normal feet but for a small bunion on my right foot that wasn't bothered at all by the shoe. The shoe is very soft."
"Very nice looking shoe. Unfortunately was not very wide in the toe box as I have a small bunion. I never wear a wide but I could in these shoes. They do not come in a wide size."
"I have a feeling my other shoes are going to be neglected. These are so comfortable for me. I don’t want to take them off. I love the firm support with a little cushion. I sized up a half because I wear with socks. I think I could walk miles in these."
