DELIVERY
Get free standard (Expedited Parcel) shipping within Canada on orders of $120+ (before taxes, fees, and after discounts).

All orders ship via Canada Post. Please double-check your shipping address, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. If using a business address, include your company name, full name, and unit number.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All Taos products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date shown on your proof of purchase. If a manufacturing defect occurs, we’ll repair the item, replace it, or issue a credit — whichever option is most appropriate.
Only purchases made directly through the website are eligible.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.

HASSLE FREE EXCHANGES & RETURNS + PACKAGE PROTECTION

 

Add this option at Checkout (CA $7/US $6), for peace of mind shopping:

 

·       Hassle free returns and exchanges with a free return shipping label. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered.

·       Package protection: if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we’ll take care of it.

·       Easy return portal: skip all the back and forth, submit your return in a few clicks.

 

To process exchanges and return, click on the exchange/return portal here. Once your request is approved, you'll receive a exchange/return label via email. Follow the return shipping instructions and send your item back. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship your exchange or issue a refund/credit promptly.

 

If you opt out of the Hassle-Free Exchanges & Returns + Package Protection plan, no problem — but return/exchange labels will not be provided, and you’ll need to cover shipping costs.

 

To complete your exchange or return, please make sure you follow the steps below:

·       Items are unworn and in original, saleable condition

·       Original packaging is included (shoebox in protective packaging, labels, hangtags, etc.)

·       Copy of the invoice or packing slip is included with the reason for return

·       Shipping label should never be adhered directly to the shoebox

·       Returns missing original packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee

 

PRICING ADJUSTMENTS

We’re unable to offer price adjustments on past purchases, as prices may change from time to time.
