DELIVERY
Get free standard (Expedited Parcel) shipping within Canada on orders of $120+ (before taxes, fees, and after discounts).
All orders ship via Canada Post. Please double-check your shipping address, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. If using a business address, include your company name, full name, and unit number.
LIMITED WARRANTY
All Taos products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date shown on your proof of purchase. If a manufacturing defect occurs, we’ll repair the item, replace it, or issue a credit — whichever option is most appropriate.
Only purchases made directly through the website are eligible.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.

· Hassle free returns and exchanges with a free return shipping label. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered.
· Package protection: if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we’ll take care of it.
· Easy return portal: skip all the back and forth, submit your return in a few clicks.
How to Start an Exchange or Return
To complete your exchange or return, please ensure the following steps are followed:
- Items must be unworn and in original, saleable condition (clean, with no visible wear, including insoles).
- Original packaging must be returned in the same condition (shoebox, labels, hangtags, etc.).
- A copy of the packing slip must be included, with the reason for return noted in the Reason Code section.
- The shoebox must be returned inside the original shipping bag or another box. Shipping labels must not be attached directly to the shoebox. (Up to $10 charge)
- All returns will be inspected. Chargebacks or a 10% restocking fee may be applied to returns that do not meet the above requirements.
- If a return is rejected during inspection, you will be required to provide a prepaid return label within two weeks of notification.
To start your Exchange or Return, click here for the Exchange/Return portal here. Once your request is approved, you'll receive an exchange/return label via email. Follow the return shipping instructions and send your item back. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship your exchange or issue a refund/credit promptly.
If you opt out of the Hassle-Free Exchanges & Returns + Package Protection plan, no problem — but return/exchange labels will not be provided, and you’ll need to cover shipping costs.
PRICING ADJUSTMENTS
We’re unable to offer price adjustments on past purchases, as prices may change from time to time.
