Delivery, Returns & Exchanges:
We are currently offering shipping at a rate of $9.00/ pair, and we will add more shipping options in the near future. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for shipments. All our orders are shipped via Canada Post, which will require the goods to be signed for. You may prefer to specify a business address when ordering, however please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed. If using a business address please ensure you include your company name, your full name and unit number, if applicable.
If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, the courier may leave a delivery attempt notice with information on when the next delivery attempt will be made, or where you can pick up your shipment. Please follow the instructions on the notice left by the courier.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Taos shoes you can return them to us within 60 days for a full refund of your product only if:
- Items to be refunded are returned to us in saleable condition
- Must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, hangtags, labels, etc. still attached
- Copy of your original invoice must be included with your shoes
We reserve the right to refuse credit if received goods are damaged or used.

Goods are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you obtain proof of shipping and retain this until the refund has been processed.
Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes.
Shipping charges are not refunded. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
We do not offer direct exchanges on merchandise.
If you would like a different size, colour, or item please place a new order. Follow the steps above for the return of merchandise.
