"I love the fit and weight of these shoes and would definitely want to wear them often. Unfortunately, one of the eyelets that the lace goes through started pulling out within two weeks of getting the shoes. I reached out to customer service and got no response. So basically I paid a lot of money to wear a good pair of shoes for a couple of weeks. Disappointed!"
"The shoe looks nice and well made. I like that I can use them in two different ways since the heel part is soft and folds down yet it still has enough support when wearing them up. It has good arch support, which was something I was looking for BUT it doesn’t offer enough cushion to soften the steps. I have arthritic feet and my heels hurt and these shoes do not offer a soft heel area. Will have to use inserts. I was also hoping to use these shoes to go on my daily walks but they’re not soft enough for that."

Now, it is totally unacceptable that though Taos does a prenote ($0 transaction)on my card on the day of the transaction and of course charges my card for the value I agreed to and authorized, nearly 15 days later after product had been delivered Shopify does two prenotes ($0 notes) on my card without authorization.
