I love Taos boots! This
"I love Taos boots! This is my 2nd pair, the first being Crave. Never any blisters when wearing, even for the first time. They are all leather which lasts so much longer than the faux kind. Thy will take a bit to soften up but then that means they last longer. Love the look and the fact they are very comfy. Tried one of my other pairs of books for walk which I've had for 3 years, got a blister on my heel. Never again! I will continue to wear my Taos and when I have to get another pair, it will be these!!! Can't say enough good about them, so well made, so comfy and so well made!"

"They are very nice, good quality. But yes, as other reviews state are very narrow. I’m hoping once I break them in a bit will be better. Fingers crossed! Doesn’t help to order a bigger size; they are just narrow. And much like the rest of me I am perfectly average, no flat flipper feet here."
I am an avid boot
"I am an avid boot wearer and this boot itself is comfortable, so beautiful, and the color Is amazing (hard to find!). However, I have to return, simply because it does not function. I have to return them because the zipper only goes 1/2 way and it is a struggle to put this boot on - all the laces must be loosened and even then, it is difficult. Beautiful to look at, but too challenging to put on/off with any ease."

Not for high arches.
"Definitely not comfortable out of the box. I can barely get them on. If you have high arches, the fit is too tight unless you loosen the laces all the way. Even then, my toes went numb. Final sale, no returns. First Taos boots I've bought, but I can't buy online again. 3 stars because they seem like good quality. I have Taos runners and the arch support is fantastic."
