I like the boot but

"I like the boot but hate the insole which is ironic because I buy Taos for the support. The insole has a big lump under the ball of my foot so I had to switch out for one of my Taos sneaker insoles. The boot itself is well made but I also didn’t like that it was advertised made in Portugal but the boot says made in Vietnam. Otherwise they are great. Nice color, seem well made: just disappointed with the insole. When I asked for a replacement they refused saying there were other options but I know they sell insole replacements… so little disappointed in the customer service this time."
