Sandals for work as a teacher
"The sandals are fine for daily use. I actually bought this style, that was a little more expensive, thinking the buckles were usable buckles! They are for show and have 3 Velcro straps. I was a little worried that the Velcro would loosen and be a trip hazard but it seems very secure. They are very comfortable with the molded soul!"
Shoes are nice, but I
"Shoes are nice, but I am a bit disappointed in their quality. I bought them on sale, so that is good, but if I paid full price, I would rather have put the money into something like a Mephisto or an Ecco sandal. Still, for the sale price they are good."
I have a few styles
"I have a few styles of Taos shoes that I love and I don’t care for these at all. For context, I’m a size 10/41 EUR and these shoes are a 41 and my feet have high arches and are medium width. The foot bed feels supportive, but the straps are rough and uncomfortable. Even with the 3 different places to adjust the straps, I cannot get them to feel right or snug enough. Or even when it feels like I’ve done them up snug (which is kind of uncomfortable), the heel strap still feels like it’s going to slip off my heels when I walk. It’s almost like the straps are made for wide feet. Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend these… however, I highly recommend a pair of Trophy 2 sandals!"
