I have returned my shoes

"I have returned my shoes weeks ago. I know they have been delivered and received via my tracking number but I have yet to receive a notification or reimbursement. I was hoping to reorder but the return policy is not efficient enough to give me confidence in the company. This was my first order and I fear my last. It's unfortunate because the shoes were very nice and I was looking forward to supporting your company."
