ARE MY SHOES RETURNABLE FOR A REFUND?

Shoes should first be tried on indoors, preferably on carpeted surfaces. Refunds are only given for unworn shoes in their original packaging within 60 days from the purchase date. If you're unsure whether your shoes satisfy our criteria, or are outside of 60 days, please contact us info@gredico.ca or 1.866.855.0755 for assistance.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

• Place your shoes back in the original packaging and then in a protective shipping box. 
• We do NOT issue prepaid return labels.
• Affix the shipping label to the outside of your carton
