"This shoe is great because it's a thong-style that looks like a dressier slide. The metatarsal pad isn't as supportive on the soft footbed as it is on the cork footbeds, so I will probably stick with the Perfect sandal in the future. Usually wear a 7. 5 and ordered an 8. The length fits great, but I wish they were more narrow."
"I typically do not wear thong/slide sandals anymore because of the pressure it puts on my 2nd toe. Really liked the look of the Gift 2 and decided to try it due to the amount of coverage over the top of the foot. I love them! "I am very happy with my Gift 2. I've been wanting to buy some Taos sandals for a long time, but always put it off due to expense. I do think they are a great sandal, not perfect, but very good and very comfortable. I love it when it is not necessary to "break in" a new pair of shoes. "I haven’t worn sandals in a very long time because I have really bad bunions on both feet. And my big toe on both feet is turning inward so I’m not a fan at all of sandals. But I have many pairs of Taos boots and sneakers and love the quality and fit. I thought I would try these sandals to cover up the bunion portion and they work wonderfully. They don’t help my toe looking wonky, but it does cover up the bunions."

"The quality, fit and feel are all top notch. My feet feel supported and comfortable on the sturdy but soft soul. The leather is soft and subtle. I love the ever so slight elevation. Would be 5 starts but I am a 6. 5 for a perfect fit. Ordered the 7, it is good enough, perhaps should have purchased the 6 instead."
