"Unfortunately I bought a fantastic pair of shoes that are too small for me, and they can’t be returned (clearance), so I’m disappointed. I was sure I read that returns were free and easy but I guess I missed that clearance items are not returnable. Disappointing. They seem very well made! My first purchase."
"I own several Taos shoes, sandals and boots. These are the best fitting & feeling shoes, bar none. My recent purchase did not disappoint. The colour is true to online photo and the fit, size 7, is true to size. Sneakers are comfortable right out of the box. Insoles are very supportive and not squishy like other brands."
"Great looking shoe and the arch support is great, but the canvas at the heel causes awful blisters. Within 30 minutes the first time I wore them, my heel was bleeding. Blood soaked through the heel of the shoe and stained them."

"I have 2 pairs of the Plim Souls, and I love the look and I really love the fit. My foot is super-narrow and my arches are flat - this is the first sneaker that actually fit without my having to stuff Dr Scholls into the bed of the shoe. I don't think this shoe will work well for anyone with a wide foot or high arches, but for those of us without either, it's a real find"

"I got these shoes based on the reviews for "walking all day in Europe" I just got back from a two week trip and after four days could not wear the shoes anymore. There was no give in the soles and the entire shoe was just stiff. I had worn the shoes before the trip to break them in, but they did not hold up to 20,000 steps a day on cobblestone streets - I ended up buying a pair of sneaker there to replace these."
