"Great shoe for my flat feet. They run true to size. I’m an 8. 5 and read they were on the narrow side and to size up. Not the case and ended exchanging them for my foot size. Customer service was great as there was a bit of an email mix up. It got straightened out and my shoes showed up without issues. I love Taos ♥️"
"These shoes are well made and very comfortable. I didn't have to break them in at all. I wore them right away for a full day with lots of walking with no issues. The first pair was a bit short, but was able to return them with the no-hassle return policy. I then ordered a 1/2 size up and they were perfect!"
"These were hard to get the correct size . Took a second try to get it right . So , the Carmel colour of these are beautiful, style is perfect. But for is hard to get right . I am usually a normal 9 ( but I do have wide feet-bunions). So if a wide fit is offered, I can wear an 8 1/2. , otherwise I wear for the most part a normal nine. I ordered these in an 8 1/2 wide fit and they were surprisingly a little too short and a little too tight. . I sent them back and ordered a nine wide which I have never ever done and they fit. Make sure you measure and read reviews to help . Company was good to deal with!"
"These are seriously the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I've been trying for years now to find the perfect shoe that is light, comfortable and doesn't hurt my feet. After walking in these for hours, not only do my feet not hurt, they're not tired either. I love them."
"I was very excited to take the shoes on an upcoming trip to Europe. I wore them around the house for over a week and seemed to be ok. It was only after going for a walk in them that my opinion changed. After about 10-15 min of walking I could tell that they are not nearly as comfortable as I thought. The bottoms, while they have good arch support, is very very hard and most no flex or give. As I have now worn them outside I am no longer able to return. They will not be coming on my trip and I feel like I wasted money on an expensive pair of shoes."

"They are really stiff. Expected an instantly comfortable shoe based off of ads and reviews. I’ve been wearing them around the house and it hasn’t been a comfy experience. Arch is good so far. . stiffness after a flight from Vancouver to Ireland …. Still stiff. No blisters yet but couldn’t wait to change my shoes after a 24hr day in them. I had practice at home for about 3hours/day. The advertising made it sound like the perfect shoe… however I’m not loving the rigid shell. I appreciate the arch support and the style. Disappointed in the false advertising."
"I absolutely love these sneakers! I have major foot issues, several surgeries, etc. I normally have to wear bulky running shoes with specialized orthotics if I’m going to be doing any walking. I wore these sneakers to Manhattan and walked all day with no problems! I will say I needed to size up a half a size. Would highly recommend these. ❤️"
"I didn’t love the plim soul lux. They just weren’t as comfortable as other Taos shoes that I have bought in the past. They were very nice looking shoes but didn’t work for me."
"Runs a little tight and narrow. Definitely recommend size half a size or full size up. I do have quite wide feet and it has always been a challenge to find shoes that fit. For reference, my feet are 10 inches long and 4 inches wide, and I ordered 40 Wide."
