not as supportive as the older version

"I have several of this style sandal that I purchased in the past and wanted to replace them as they were getting a little worn out. Disappointed in the changes that make these less supportive for foot issues like plantar fasciitis. The new sandals have a shallower and lower heel cup, and less supportive arch as compared to my older ones. They still look very nice for a more supportive sandal, but I can tell they will be less comfortable when walking/standing for longer periods."

Comfortable right out of the box

"It is rare to find shoes that you can wear all day right out of the box but I did just that when my Taos sandals arrived. They are made well, there was no rubbing anywhere and they are so comfortable. I had been hesitant to order because I was worried they would not live up to the hype. I read tons of reviews and finally decided to order a pair. I was beyond thrilled that they actually are such cute, well made and amazingly comfortable shoes you can wear all day without your feet hurting. I can’t wait to order another pair. Thank you Taos for making such great shoes."

"Great sandal. Very versatile. Wore with dress pants and shorts on cruise. The straps on toes and ankles have Velcro, so you can easily adjust to personalize the sandal. I did have an issue with my first pair, but the warranty replacement process was very easy and I was very impressed with the customer service."
