"These are comfortable right out of the box. It feels sturdy and great for walking. I have flat feet and over pronate and these are enough arch to be comfortable - and my feet are so picky! Similar to a Birkenstock. The ankle back strap helps them stay on your foot without curling your toes."
"I do like these sandals. However,we had a big walk the other day and I got a blister where the seam on the inside of the back strap meets the elastic. For me, I could have used a slightly higher arch support, and maybe a slightly higher heel. Otherwise I can adjust them to fit me comfortably."

"I am giving a three star review because after wearing the sandals three times, the back strap broke (becoming completely detached). They are beautiful and comfortable otherwise. Customer service quickly offered to send me a new pair, however the caramel which I loved was sold out so I will be settling for the black which are also nice. So really one star for the quality of my first pair but a higher review for the customer service and potential of the sandal. Hoping the replacement pair is more durable or I will be seeking a refund."
"Beautifully made supportive sandals. The arch support is perfect! No foot fatigue with these beautiful sandals. Very versatile, can be worn as casual or dressed up, dressed, capris, slacks etc. Hreat for a luncheon date or pairs with a skirt for an evening dinner. They give great support and are perfect for wearing for a full day without discomfort. I have found the fit to be true to size, especially with the ability to allow the wearer to customize the comfort of the width of the sandal. Love the beautiful brass buckles with the easy on-off of the Velcro straps. The quality of the materials used in producting this sandal is phenomenal, couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I will be referring the shoes and the company to friends in the future."
"I really love these sandals. They look so stylish but they are extremely comfortable. My right foot is smaller than my left but the Velcro straps on the toes and ankle customize the fit to each foot. Also the padding under the straps also removes the “breaking in your feet” to the shoes. Just wish I bought a second pair in a different colour. Love love love."
"This was my first purchase from Taos and I love these shoes. They are incredibly comfortable and supportive. The soft footbed is amazing and made my feet so happy. "These are true to size and are so comfortable right out of the box. I have average width feet and they fit very well. I’ve worn them multiple times for a mile plus each time and no blisters! They also look great with almost anything. I can’t say enough about these. I now have the blue ones and they’re such a pretty color! Taos customer service is unmatched. I had a problem with the buckle portion on one of my shoes and Taos sent me a brand new pair!"
"Within just a few times wearing these, they began coming apart near the top buckle on both shoes. Highly disappointing as they are not cheap to purchase! I expected better quality. If not for this issue, I would have given them 5 stars as they are very comfortable and cute."
