"I have 5 pairs of these shoes because they serve me well. HOWEVER, the backs on them wear thin and are useless after about a year. I rotate my shoes often and let Taos know and "they are out of warrantee" which is ridiculous. Perhaps they need to let the manufacturer know, as I will not purchase them again and am looking for something similar elsewhere."

"I bought these shoes on a quest to find slippers with arch support. They are very comfortable and serve that purpose perfectly! I only wish the back was a little sturdier. I prefer to wear them as a shoe and thought it would be nice to have the option to wear as a clog, but after a few months of wear, the back caves in while I'm sliding my foot in, making them default to clogs until I manually pull it back out. Wearing them as clogs reduces the arch support because there is an extra layer of fabric in the heel cup where my heel should be, effectively making the arch more shallow. If there's anything I can do to help the back of the shoe stand up I'm all ears!"
