"I love Taos for sandals but the shoes and boots are made very narrow and these boots in particular were extremely stiff and hurt my feet and ankles to walk in. Waste of money for me."

I like the boot but
"I like the boot but hate the insole which is ironic because I buy Taos for the support. The insole has a big lump under the ball of my foot so I had to switch out for one of my Taos sneaker insoles. The boot itself is well made but I also didn’t like that it was advertised made in Portugal but the boot says made in Vietnam. Otherwise they are great. Nice color, seem well made: just disappointed with the insole. When I asked for a replacement they refused saying there were other options but I know they sell insole replacements… so little disappointed in the customer service this time."
