"I purchased these sandals on a whim and I’m so glad that I did. They have an incredible arch support. I happened to have broke my little toe and these were the only shoes that I could wear. The strap around your big toe is tight at first but the leather softens over time and they don’t bother you at all. Plus they look dressy or casual too."

"The sandals are great. Customer service sucks!! You can’t speak to anyone, even if you call the 800 number it gives you an email address. Customer service through email was horrible, would get an automated response. Finally after a week of me sending messages, I finally got an email from a person. Was always a fan of Taos, not anymore."
"I ordered these sandals to be that middle of the road shoe to wear with absolutely everything, to dress up or dress down. Taos sandals fit me very well, so I ordered my usual size, but unfortunately, I have a previous great toe injury and this was just a little too uncomfortable on that injured toe and I did have to return these shoes. They were comfortable and felt fabulous on my uninjured foot."
"Runs long. The arch support doesn't align with my arch making it uncomfortable. Otherwise, I like the quality and style and think a smaller size (one size or half size, if available, smaller than my normal) would make it a perfect shoes."
"I was so happy with the pair I bought in 2025, that I decided to make life easy, buy 3 colors. These are my nice sandals to match many things over the next couple of years. . They look good and hug my feet nicely while I go up and down stairs, and the strapping has not stretched. They did take longer to arrive than most things that I order."
"If you have narrow feet or if your toes taper off quite a bit, these are likely fine, but if you have medium to wide feet with the 2nd+ toes nearly as tall as the big toe, these probably won't work. They felt comfortable, but I can't get past my toes hanging over the edge the way the top narrows. The big toe is fine and the fit is otherwise true to size. For the price point, I was also a little underwhelmed with the quality. When I flipped the shoes over, the bottom rubber doesn't line up seamlessly with the cork, just looks a little sloppy. I'm sure for the right fit, these shoes work great. I like the style, but will be returning!"
