"I will be returning these. The toe loop is tight (I think it might loosen up a bit in time but can’t take that chance). I happen to have skinny toes too. I bought these for a trip with a lot of walking. I needed them to be sturdy. The material on the sole is slippery. I only tried them on at home for a minute and almost slipped right away. I’ve had Taos shoes in the past and none were made so poorly."
"These shoes are a great color and super fun to wear! They are very comfortable. I love the slight heal to give a little lift and elevate the look. The bottoms are a bit slick. Hopefully they will get scuffed on the bottom and make them less slippy-I may add grips on the bottom. Also I got a 1/2 size bigger."
"The Loop size 38 fits beautifully, I’m a relatively narrow size 7.5 to 8 in most shoes. For a slide or ‘flip flop’ look, they are nice and snug, fitting securely. They’re very comfortable and supportive, and the adjustable arch strap makes all the difference in a personalized fit. I can dress up in them or be casual, they’re lightweight- all making them great for summer travel."
"I bought these to travel around Europe in (Since they were recommended as good comfort) Trying them on and walking around them at home. . They are absolutely 1 whole size too small. I bought what was recommended US size 8 (EUR 39), they fit like a tight EU38. Sadly I cannot return them because they were clearance. For instance. . I do not have a wide foot at all, my little toes are all hanging off and the sole is too short for my foot. I have learned my lesson and will not be splurging for a TAO shoe ever again."
"Love these sandals, so I bought a black and brown pair, both on sale. I appreciate that the strap over the arch is adjustable so that in the event the leather stretches I can easily tighten it up as my feet are on the narrow side. I’m also thankful for the arch support which many sandals don’t provide. Some have indicated that the toe strap is too tight but I did not find it to be uncomfortable, it just keeps my big toe in place. Love these sandals!"

"Love them. The footbed feels perfect. The leather upper is slightly stiffer than other Taos shoes I've gotten, but you can tell the leather is REALLY nice quality. And I expect the leather to break in nicely with very little time. Very happy."
"this is definitely a summer shoe, maximum toe exposure requires a nice pedi. the cork sole is stiff but oddly comfy. love the adjustable velcro to make the fit more snug on my narrow feet."
"I love Taos sandals. This fit is off for my feet. For casual walking it feels great. Going up or down stair the shoe slips. Adjusting the side strap does not help. Not sure what the issue is, maybe the toe slip doesn't fit my foot?"
"I’m a size 8. 5-9 and purchased the 9-9. 5. The footbed seems to run small, the toe loop is tight, but the adjustable top (even tightened down) still seems to gap at the top of my foot. Hopefully the toe loop will stretch a bit and maybe my fit will sit more forward. Right now my heel barely fits on the back of the shoe! I purchased these on sale so I can’t return. I’m nervous about still spending this much on a shoe and not loving them out of the box."
