"The sandals are great. Customer service sucks!! You can’t speak to anyone, even if you call the 800 number it gives you an email address. Customer service through email was horrible, would get an automated response. Finally after a week of me sending messages, I finally got an email from a person. Was always a fan of Taos, not anymore."
"I was so happy with the pair I bought in 2025, that I decided to make life easy, buy 3 colors. These are my nice sandals to match many things over the next couple of years. . They look good and hug my feet nicely while I go up and down stairs, and the strapping has not stretched. They did take longer to arrive than most things that I order."
"If you have narrow feet or if your toes taper off quite a bit, these are likely fine, but if you have medium to wide feet with the 2nd+ toes nearly as tall as the big toe, these probably won't work. They felt comfortable, but I can't get past my toes hanging over the edge the way the top narrows. The big toe is fine and the fit is otherwise true to size. For the price point, I was also a little underwhelmed with the quality. When I flipped the shoes over, the bottom rubber doesn't line up seamlessly with the cork, just looks a little sloppy. I'm sure for the right fit, these shoes work great. I like the style, but will be returning!"

"I ordered a size 38 but they were just a tad small, so I returned them and clicked the 39, but got a confirmation email saying they were shipping a size 37. I emailed the company right away telling them I had clicked the 39, but they had a 37 and could they switch it before they shipped my order? I received a reply saying something about the width of their shoes, and how they run in sizes. . . had nothing to do with my email. I received my new sandals, which were a 37, and emailed the company again, explaining what happened and sent a screenshot of my first email along with their reply…I received a reply from the company that was the exact same response as my first email! So clearly not answered by a human! Now I have a pair of sandals (the first pair I tried on were super comfortable just a tad small) that I can’t wear and their customer service sucks. I do love their tennis shoes though."

"As a final sale style I had never tried on, I took a chance on the brandy color and couldn’t be happier! I have a narrow foot, and these sandals adjust quite easily to fit perfectly.
