"I have these sandals in blue and love the arch support and styling. so I ordered them in tan on line. A minute later I emailed customer service to expedite delivery with an up charge but they said the minute you place an order you cannot change it. I don't think that's a good policy especially for a long time customer. I missed having them for my summer trip but hopefully will get use out of them next year!"

"I still have some Taos shoes that I bought 15 years ago, and they're amazing. I don't know if it's just this type of sandal or if it's Taos in general, but these shoes felt cheap, like something I could buy is any beachside surf shop. The straps were scratchy, and cut into my toes, and the foot bed was hard, like plastic. They just didn't feel like $160 shoes. I ended up returning them. It really soured me to Taos overall, which I'm sad about."
"Love these except my feet get very sweaty and slide if I do not keep tightening them. Not sure if it is the footbed material? My feet do not get sweaty in any other sandals. I have the tan pair and the blue Super Z as well. Comfort is excellent until my feet get sweaty…………😞😞😞"
