"The footbed fits perfectly. I contacted customer service because the ankle strap is unable to be tightened to fit my foot. I was unable to exchange them or get a credit. I have many pairs of Taos shoes and have never had this issue. Disappointing."

"It's crazy that one shoe fits perfectly and the other shoe seems like it is miss made where the velcro shuts. Contacted customer service and I am unable to return. No longer ordering if they can't stand behind their product. I have never had an issue before; and I have many pairs of Taos shoes. Extremely disappointed."
