The Tremendous is a leather 3 band slide sandal made in Portugal. Quarter and forefoot straps are adjustable hook and loop while the middle strap offers inside gore. Design accents include stitched leather welts, decorative cross-stitching and scoring. Lightweight cork-latex midsoles are topped with soft padding with exceptional arch and metatarsal support and lined in luxurious suede. Off-white outsoles are lightweight, durable EVA.

"I love these shoes! But, I do not love the actual fit of these shoes. I was very disappointed in how they fit. They are more of a wide cotton shoe, which should have been shared in the sandals description. My feet slip out of the sandals, and it is almost like I have to ‘hold’ my feet to be able to walk in them, which causes stress on my legs. These are a high quality shoe but the design is not the best for me. I have many pairs of Taos shoes and love all of the others that I have!"

"I’ve been wearing for about two weeks and the leather has softened and shaped in a really satisfying way. They were squeaky during this process but that is abating. At first my foot was backing out of the shoe and I realized I had the entry strap too tight. I loosened it to the point where it feels loose and counter-intuitively, this keeps my foot in the shoe properly. I’m a 9.5 and I ordered the 40 and the footbed is exactly right for my foot length and width. Also the space between the strap at the toe and the center strap is just wide enough for my baby bunion to have some breathing room."
