"I was so excited to get these, however they run very large, like a full size larger and the Velcro strap around the ankle is loose on the tightest setting. This has been the first pair of Taos that I’ve been disappointed with. I own at least 10 different pairs and styles."

No longer ordering if they can't stand behind their product. I have never had an issue before; and I have many pairs of Taos shoes. Extremely disappointed."
