"I ordered these shoes and didn't realize they were the wrong size but the order didn't allow for modifications. Is it possible to exchange them for a 7. 5 size. The box hasn't been opened and it's disappointing that there is only a 30 day return policy. I've wanted to buy these shoes forever. I wear taos shoes all the time."
