"I am very happy with my purchase. I bought 2 pairs in different colours and am currently wearing one or the other every day. Perfect fit, toe room and arch support. I have some arthritis pain in my feet from time to time and these shoes provide comfort. My first time buying this brand, will definitely purchase again, will need sandals for summer!"
"I love the look of them. I am wearing them around the house and they are getting easier to put on. I wish there was more cushioning under the ball of the foot. Also, I was not able to get my orthotic insoles to fit. But I will keep them. I just won't be wearing them for hikes."

I have them in black and cognac. I am really struggling with the black leather . I try to clean them after wearing , I apply leather balm and they still look old and worn . I still wear them because they are so comfortable . I am ordering the leather balm on the Taos website , maybe that will work better."
"I have bunions and high arches making my shoe choices limited, otherwise walking is painful. I ordered these shoes because they have a wide toe box, comfortable arch and they tie, which means I have choice in how tight they are to relieve pain from mid foot arthritiis. The shoes have proven to be the most comfortable I have and tough enough to handle snow and ice. Very happy with them!"

"They are very cute but because of their over the ankle style, I was hoping they would be good for cold weather. They are not. In fact, some of my leather sneakers seem warmer. I think it is due to their “rugged “ leather which seems to let more cold air through than regular solid leather. And/or the rubber soles do not block out cold from the sidewalk. I have many other Taos shoes which I love but these are a disappointment."
